We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly, quickly, and transparently. We encourage you to first contact us directly before escalating to any formal process.

💬 Most disputes are resolved within 5–7 business days when raised directly with our support team.

forum Step 1 — Contact Support

Email vividappstudio.in@gmail.com with:

We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 7 business days.

account_balance Step 2 — Razorpay Dispute (Billing Only)

If your dispute relates to a Razorpay payment charge that we cannot resolve internally, you may raise a chargeback with your bank or file a complaint with Razorpay at razorpay.com/support.

⚠️ Please attempt direct resolution with us before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

gavel Step 3 — Legal Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), rather than through courts, except for:

Arbitration shall be conducted in English, in India, with a single arbitrator mutually agreed upon.

language Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These disputes are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters that cannot be arbitrated.

You agree that all disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring class action, collective, or representative claims against ViViD App Studio.
