Refunds Policy

info General Policy

ViViDly AI subscriptions are digital services that begin immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not automatically provided. However, we consider refund requests fairly under the conditions below.

⚠️ Refunds are at the sole discretion of ViViD App Studio unless required by applicable law.

✅ Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

assignment How to Request a Refund

  1. Email vividappstudio.in@gmail.com with subject: "Refund Request — [your email]"
  2. Include: your registered email, Razorpay payment ID, date of charge, and reason for the request.
  3. We will respond within 3 business days to acknowledge or request more information.
  4. If approved, the refund is initiated via Razorpay and takes 7–10 business days to reflect.

currency_rupee Partial Refunds

Pro-rata partial refunds may be considered for annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days with low usage. This is evaluated case-by-case.
