info General Policy
ViViDly AI subscriptions are digital services that begin immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not automatically provided. However, we consider refund requests fairly under the conditions below.
⚠️ Refunds are at the sole discretion of ViViD App Studio unless required by applicable law.
check_circle Eligible for Refund
- Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same plan in the same billing cycle.
- Technical failure — Payment was deducted but plan was not activated within 24 hours despite our verification.
- Service outage — The service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a paid period.
- Unauthorized transaction — Reported within 7 days with supporting evidence.
✅ Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
cancel Not Eligible for Refund
- You changed your mind after purchasing a plan.
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
- You purchased the wrong plan (upgrade/downgrade is available instead).
- Your account was suspended due to Terms of Service violation.
- You have already used a significant portion of the plan's monthly quota.
assignment How to Request a Refund
- Email vividappstudio.in@gmail.com with subject: "Refund Request — [your email]"
- Include: your registered email, Razorpay payment ID, date of charge, and reason for the request.
- We will respond within 3 business days to acknowledge or request more information.
- If approved, the refund is initiated via Razorpay and takes 7–10 business days to reflect.
currency_rupee Partial Refunds
Pro-rata partial refunds may be considered for annual plans cancelled within the first 30 days with low usage. This is evaluated case-by-case.
