handshake Agreement
By accessing or using ViViDly AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users — free, trial, and paid.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ViViD App Studio operated by Vivan Vimlesh Dwivedi.
person Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use ViViDly AI.
- Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
- By using the Service, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
account_circle Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at vividappstudio.in@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One account per user — multiple accounts may be suspended.
- Do not share your account credentials with others.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
block Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Generate, distribute, or store content that is harmful, abusive, hateful, violent, obscene, or defamatory.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, quotas, or safety filters.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service or its outputs at scale.
- Use the Service to create spam, phishing, or misleading content.
- Impersonate other users, ViViD App Studio staff, or any real persons.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code into the platform.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
workspace_premium Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed through Razorpay. By purchasing a plan you agree to our Payments Policy and Refunds Policy. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in those policies.
copyright Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and code of ViViDly AI are the intellectual property of ViViD App Studio / Vivan Vimlesh Dwivedi. AI-generated outputs may be used by you for personal and commercial purposes, but you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service itself.
gavel Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. See our Dispute Resolution policy for the full process.
edit Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
