- Razorpay — Payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
- Cloudflare — API proxying and edge performance
We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

- Account data retained for as long as your account is active.
- Chat history retained for 12 months or until you delete it.
- Payment records retained for 7 years (legal requirement).
- You may request deletion of your data at any time.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data including TLS encryption in transit, Firebase security rules, Cloudflare DDoS protection, and Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

ViViDly AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us immediately.
